Die Elektrische Plancha mit glatter Platte Serie 700 von CombiSteel ist das perfekte Werkzeug für Restaurants, die nach einer praktischen und langlebigen Kochlösung suchen. Mit ihrer Leistung von 7200 W und ihrer 15 mm dicken Stahlplatte können Sie mit dieser Plancha Lebensmittel perfekt und gleichmäßig zubereiten.

Mit dieser Plancha können Sie alle Arten von Garvorgängen von sanft bis hoch übernehmen, dank ihres Thermostats, das es ermöglicht, die Temperatur zwischen 50°C und 300°C einzustellen. Außerdem verfügt sie über eine Fettauffangschublade, mit der Sie Fette leicht abtropfen lassen können.
